“I teach all ages, 7 years old and up, at any level, and in all styles of music including rock, folk, blues, reggae, classical, funk, afro beat, traditional and free jazz, as well as advanced avant-garde concepts. All of my lessons are geared toward the individual students’ needs in transcription, composition, reading, improvisation, theory and performance. I like to create an environment that is friendly and laid back while addressing the personal goals of the student. I also teach special needs kids.”

"In 2001 I was asked if I could teach children with autism. I never could have imagined the amazing rewards and loving reciprocation I would receive from these truly gifted children and their families. Now, more than 15 years later I've had the pleasure of teaching scores of children with autism. It's been one of the single greatest joys of my profession as a musician watching these amazing children grow and flourish. I feel a true calling and blessing in my uncanny ability to connect with them."

Outstanding references from current students and/or parents are available.
